We love music and 'our mission' is to help pupils
of all ages and abilities to discover and experience
the joy of playing a musical instrument well.
................................
Our aim is simply to provide the best affordable 'bespoke' instrumental music tuition possible.
We start 'where each pupil is' and tailor individual tuition to their aspirations, abilities, commitment and personal circumstances. We will do everything we can to ensure that every pupil progresses as well and as quickly as they are able to, whether in person or online.
We both have successful and extensive experience of preparing pupils for graded music examinations from beginner to diploma level [as well as music conservatoire & university entrance and beyond] but please note we are equally happy to develop pupils' skills without the need to 'pass exams'. Some pupils progress further faster without exam pressure whilst others thrive on it!
We both play (and 'sub') in a wide range of orchestral symphonic (inc Shrewsbury Symphony Orchestra) and chamber music (inc Shropshire Chamber Orchestra) concerts throughout the year, as well as 'lighter music events', and encourage our pupils to take part in the joy of playing with others in suitable ensembles and groups as opportunities arise.

We hope you enjoy looking through our website
and look forward to hearing from you soon.
